There's a girl I love deeply & she too loves me or at least that's what I could tell form her look. I really care about her but am hesitant about confessing my love for her as she is a type 1 diabetic. I come form a clean bloodline & my family has no history of any hereditary disease & I don't want to contaminate my bloodline. Her diabetes is of the least concern to me but I wouldn't want the coming generations of my family to have it.
So, there are 3 questions I am dying to have an answer for:
1. Is there any safe & permanent cure for type 1 diabetes patient?
2. How can I prevent the forthcoming generations from getting it for sure?
3. How much would it cost for both the above procedures individually?

This is not just a hereditary disease, anyone can get it.

1. No, there is no permanent cure for a type 1 diabetic. Yet.
2. You can't prevent anyone from getting it. Even if both of you have never had it in your family you can still have a child with this disease. Yes, the odds are higher if someone in your family has had it.
3. Not able to answer, impossible, for now.

If you really love her as much as you say, you'll talk to her about this. She can manage this condition on her own very well. She is well aware of how to deal with it, most diabetics are. With regular checkups she will lead a normal and healthy life. If she has children, they may not necessarily pass this on. Actually, there is less risk of passing it along with the mother having it than there is with the father (Joslin Diabetes Center).

Hope that helps.
