Hi. I have some things that I would like to share with you hopping that someone would have some useful advice about this.
I couldn’t believe this could happen.
I'm 40 years old and I have studied almost all my life. I believed that when you work and study hard, it will all be worthwhile but I was wrong. About a month ago I was dismissed from a job because surplus manpower. I'm deeply disappointed and all this made me very depressed. Any advices.

Yes, I could only imagine how stressful this has been to you. Whatever the reason, leaving your job can be hard.
It is very common problem that people will develop a depressive illness within six months of becoming unemployed.
I'm sure that this is not caused only with financial insecurity but also with self esteem knock down.
This can cause headaches, gastrointestinal distress, and sexual dysfunction. I suggest using some antidepressants for a while. This could very helpful in functioning normally and maybe finding a new job for your self.
