Hello. I'm 29 years old and just recently I have found out that I'm pregnant. This has scared me a lot. Don’t get me wrong- I'm very happy for my husband and me because we were waiting for this moment for several years but I'm afraid because I'm seriously overweight. So, I was hopping that someone could give me some advices how to loose some weight.
I'm planning to start with some strong diet pills because I'm afraid they could harm my baby.
Is there any exercise program that combines some mild and easy workout that I could practice even pregnant? Is Walk Away the Pounds something I'm looking for?
