Likely BS but it can occur differently for different people, or they might mean how long it happens to them for, I've had it for 2-3 years now (since 14) and you kinda learn to live around which is annoying as f**k but there isn't much you can do about it from what I have read. My recommendation is put off peeing afterwards and have a shower.

This answer is spot on. Avoid sex of any kind up to half an hour after urination. And the other way round avoid urination up to 30min after sex. This is a simple rule that will stop the problem. I'm 50 years old and only found this out in my 30's hope it helps someone else.

I get this every so often myself. Seems more so when I drink before masturbating but maybe just cause that makes me have to pee more. Anyway the solution that works for me every time and makes the feeling go away within 10 minutes is.....take two (2) 200mg advil. Think I must have read it somewhere but works like a charm for me.
