Hello,
I am a 21 year old white male and for some time now I've had this lesions on my inner thigh (I don't see any similar signs of anything like it anywhere else) that kind of look like pimples/blood blisters. I've drained them myself before a couple of times and what comes out looks like what could be puss and blood. The puss comes out quickly and is followed by quite a bit of 'very' slow bleeding, which seems to last for about 4-5 minutes.
They're quite small in size and seem similar to a pimple but kind of harden the skin in the immediate area, making them look a bit larger, but they never exceed 0.5 - 1 inches in size/diameter. They've been recurring for about a year - year and a half now and I've had maybe 4-5 of them in that course of time.

Hoping someone out there could help me to maybe figure out what they are, since I really don't have too much of a means to see a doctor and it is quite embarrassing to discuss.

Also, I've looked up what I could find close to being what I have and have seen suggestions on similar questions that it might be "Hidradenitis suppurativa" but it looks nowhere near as bad as those that I've seen and looks nothing like "shingles."

Thank you for any possible help.
