I have been having minor pain in my upper right testicle and sometimes in the upper left the pain comes in when I get up after bending over, I've self check for a hernia and I have no bumps. I also have minor lower back pain. It comes and goes and sometimes my stomach hurts but not horrible pain just minor. I also think I might hav hurt them at work since I constantly lean onto the counter and its right at the level up my upper scrotum. I'm also a normal weight lifter.
