Few months ago I had protect sex with a girl. No oral or anal. Several days later I developed an immense itch around my scrotum accompanied by redness and a smell. Occasionally the right testicle will swell up. Did the whole doctor thing for months and its at the point where they want me to fork out money to see a derm because they are clueless.
The itchiness can fade, the smell disappears with a wash and slowly creeps back throughout the day. The redness also comes and goes. Sometimes there is a slight burn when peeing. Theres no discharge or other abnormalities on my skin. Theres no pain when I feel around, but I will get twangs of deep pain a little while after as If I've agitated the region. Hydrocortisone seems to aggravate my scrotum and cause the right testicle to swell. Any input would be appreciated :)
