hello i am a 27year old female.I have been suffering for 2 years roughly with bad pain in the pelvis Area reacently causing me to faint, my autoimune blood test have came back with raised antibodies and a few months later they still remain raised, growing concern as my pain seems to be moving around to my back as well as the pelvis area. do you have any ideas what could cause this ?
