I went to my primary Dr. last week and she diagnosed me with a UTI and wrote me a prescription for antibiotics. I have been in extreme pain on my right side and back, now dizzy, headache and achy all over. I went to the ER last night and they said I still had blood in my urine but no infection. They did a CT and Xray but they could not find out what is wrong. HELP

It would be best to see your urologist since you have been diagnosed with the UTI and these two conditions sometimes go together. Maybe you don’t react well on your antibiotics and that is causing nausea and headaches but it is safer to check what is really going on. Urologist will probably do urine analysis so he can determine the right diagnosis and afterwards he can discuss with you about treatment options.
Your condition seems serious so I wouldn’t hesitate not for one moment to check what is wrong and if it is kidney infection what you can do about it. Take care and let us know about the results and everything else. I hope you will be fine.
