I'm wondering if there could be a chance that I could be pregnant. I was recently prescribed Clindesse to take care of a BV problem, and I used it Thursday night. Saturday night I did have vaginal intercourse with my fiance, unprotected. I'm on the pill though. And my period is due around the end of October. I take my pill on time every day. What's the chance of me becoming pregnant? Should I be worried at all?

There is no info about Clindesse affecting birth control. It is Clindamycin, so the chances of affecting bc pills are small.
Although it is said that back up protection is used when on bc pills and antibiotics, instructions on Clindamycin vaginal cream say that it could weaken the latex rubber in a condom and that condoms should be avoided for at least 72 hours after the treatment ends.

as for the pregnancy chances,....you need to wait at least two weeks until the unprotected intercourse to have a test done, otherwise it may be false negative.
