Hello, I was found to have a few cells from my uterus show up on my pap smear. That is not normal. My doctor tried to do a biopsy in her office and was not successful so I went for a trans vag ultrasound. The normal number for the wall is 4, mine was 24 so I am going in for a d and c on Monday. I know this may not be cancer it could be polyps but what does the number of 24 mean in medical terms? Do you think that having a number like 24 could mean I do have cancer I have had no symptms at all. No bleeding no pressure no nothing. Thank you, I am 59 and just started menopause 1 and a half years ago. I am on the estring also for two years now.
