vaginal discharge + odor what are my diagnosis?>

I was tested for chlaymydia and ghonnorhea but came back negative. But i ahve a abnormal vagina discharde that is not is more of a liquid form and ordo as well is this normal.

p.s i was tested for ghonnorhea my firs t tiem and came ack negativen iu thought i sitll had it but i dindt my results came back negative.
