Vaginal problems, am not sexually active though.

Since I was about 12 I've had bumps on my vagina, odor, itching, sometimes painful bumps and I have not and am not sexually active. I've never had sex because of the bumps and odor. The bumps never completely go away, so my vagina always have bumps, some are big and when they burst blood comes out. I don't pop them though, they pop by themselves and then they leave like a spot, and my skin is kinda smother than the other parts where the bump was. Sometimes they even spread to the area between my legs, like in between my vagina and anus.

I am too embarrassed to talk to my mom about it and I am definitely not talking to my dad, I don't have any close friends and I am too embarrassed to go to the doctor because I am still 17 and I don't know if they'll tell my parents. I don't know why these bumps are here and if anyone can tell me what they are and what I can do to get rid of them I'd appreciate it.
