If you're twitching and haven't had sex.. you need an ORGASM. It's perfectly fine to masturbate. Go for it!

I am 44 years old and this recently started happening to me. I read that it is a magnesium deficiency. I took 1 magnesium pill and it completely stopped. This was going on for almost a month driving me nuts. Then it was gone in 1 day (5 days twitch free). I would say to try & take magnesium for a few days to see if it helps. Best wishes!

Well, it depends? Is the twitching painful, or just an odd sensation? If it's just odd, you may be having aftershocks. After sex, typically after an orgasm (but not always) a woman will experience a feeling of twitching, and this feeling may extend to her legs- they may even move. This is because you have hyper-activated the nerves (don't worry, it's natural- a good thing, really) and while you're no longer recieving pleasure from it, there's still a frenzy of nerve activity- and that activity has to go somewhere. It's just a remenant after sex qnd should go away by about 15 minutes. If it is painful or uncomfortable in any way (and not just strange feeling-uncomfortable, but a throbbing/stinging/burning uncomfortable) then consider seeing your doctor to make sure there isn't a problem (anywhere from a UTI to an injured cervix).

I have been getting vaginal twitches for many years, I have worked for many GYNO's as a nurse..I will tell you that it is not vaginal shock or a vitamin Problem, it is simply, some women twitch because of arousal Its a women body telling her, I want sex or orgasm.if your new at sex as you get older you will know the connection, similar to a man getting an erection.

Ladies, I am a 69 year old woman--have not had sex in 7 years. This semi-uncomfortable twitch/throb/pulse just started and it is only on one side of my vaginal. Occasionally it feels like a slight pressure but it leaves very quickly. I am scheduling an appointment and will report back.

Its just your body about to orgasm because your clitoris is being irritated honest and truely.. since you're a virgin i guess you wouldnt know the feeling. Good thing you usually stop or that would be awkward to explain for veiwers.

Well I have had 4 children one over 25 yrs old I started having a vaginal twitch a few weeks ago for the first time and it has not disappeared.
I recommend seeing a medical doctor because some of the advice I read so far falls short of making sense.

Hi, I have the same problem but it doesn't seem to go away, my boyfriend said I'm the first he ever felt it with, and I feel so weird about it. It's like a permanent involuntary spasm and it's very annoying at times. I'm extremely worried.
