1) vaginal- i used to get alot of white discharge that had an unpleasant odour, it was ongoing since a few years back but has stopped since a few weeks ago- i think it;s because i had poor hygeine as a kid (maybe...) and to add to that if i look at my vagina it looks like theres a 'rip'.. abnormally long opening... and one bit of the side of the 'rip' is a dark/blackish(but not quite) colour- like the colour of a bruise
there's no discomfort/pain
i think it may be vaginitis??

2) bulge/lump at lower abdomen-left side. it comes out when i do activities that require me to use my abdominal muscles - i think it's probably hernia(?~) i felt it around 2 years ago but was too scared to say anything about it.. i can push it back in softly and it will stay in, there's no discomfort unless i really need to strain/do ab workouts and it will protrude alot.. and if i hit it on something it will hurt (cant push it back in then)

3) bulge in lower stomach (i.e around belly button area) its very large and when i eat alot it gets progressively bigger. it seems to become smaller with bowel movements, especially farts :-) when i lie down on my back i can hear squelching noises, and can almost pin point where food is going down my gut via the noises. i can also push downwards on my gut using my fists and as i push through/past the bulge i pass wind or feel like i need to go to the toilet and do a number 2! i also feel like i have a bulge or lump(s) higher up on my gut - around where my ribs are. after heavy workouts i can feel my heartbeat better in this area than on my heart, and when i lie on my stomach on a hard surface i can feel something is there on the inside.

i am female

I agree that you may have had symptoms of bacterial vaginosis, a condition that often resolves by itself. Traditional home remedies include vinegar douche and yogurt-coated tampons. I further agree that the abdominal bulges may have been hernias. Abdominal support belts may be helpful.
