LBP, abdominal cramps, bleeding inbetween periods, possible

About 5 yrs ago I noticed a lump on my left side in my groin area. I was told it was everything from a swollen lymph node to a cyst. Even prescribed antibiotics for it which didn't make it go away. It sometimes gets bigger and hurts then goes back down and is less painful. A year ago my Dr. told me it may be a cyst but she wasn't too concerned about it and to just put hot compresses on it when it flares up. I had a LEEP in 2003. My periods are like clockwork. I had unprotected sex in March and there was an incident with my partner. He said it was pre-cum but I think it was an orgasm by his reaction. About a week later I became very sick. Nausea, fatigue but I felt it was too soon to suspect pregnancy. Certain smells made my stomach turn and I was having unusual cravings. I was running to the bathroom like crazy. He urged me to take a test. However, my period arrived as normal a few weeks later. However, I had no cramps, it was a bit lighter but to me still a full period and it was a few days shorter. Also, I noticed my famous lump in my left groin had almost completely disappeared. It was now more like a bump rather than a lump. About 3 days after my period ended I was lifting some boxes at work and felt some pressure in my low back and it was kind of like I had to use the bathroom. When I went I found I started spotting. That lasted a day. I also noticed my vagina was a lot more lubricated than before. I am on medication which causes vaginal dryness so this was odd to me as well. I began having unbearable dull low back and abdominal pain and bloating. A feeling like I wanted to push and that something was coming out of my vagina. This would happen mostly when I was sitting or lying down. A few weeks later I was doing some heavy housecleaning and took a bathroom break. There was a lot of pinkish discharge in my underwear. It had a very mild odor the 1st day and no odor at all the next 2 days. This lasted for 3 days. On the third day there was a few fleshy streaks in the toilet. I tried to schedule an appt to the DR but the soonest is May 7th. The back and abdominal pain has eased a bit but still flares up and I am still having pressure and sometimes like flutters in that area. I took two home preg tests which were neg. My period is due in a few days. Now the lump that turned into the bump on my left side is completely gone! Any help with this?
