had a varicocelectomy 7 days ago. I'm still in pain (similar to be kicked in the jewels)when I walk in my right testicle and the pain feels as if my testicle is pulling on something in my abdomen. I've also noticed that the veins going to my right testicle in my scrotum seem hard. I've returned to the urologist who performed the procedure and he said that I'm healing very well and fast and that the pain is normal due to the fact that I have more muscle than the average person. What could the pain be? Could the doctor just be trying to cover an error he made? No other pain apart from when I'm walking.

It sounds like you returned to the doctor and asked a straight forward question and got a straight answer.
He assessed you and says that you are healing very well. I would trust that.
You may have more of a cremastory muscle than most, and that might account for your feeling something pull or tug up into your abdomen.
I would still give it some time for the swelling and healing to continue before thinking that there had been an error.
There aren't that many structures in the area and the guy you went to is a specialist in the area. Trust him.
Good luck.
