I would like to know if vasculitis can have some form of complications or seizures. I know that it depends on localisation of blood vessels that are affected by inflammation. Many organs can be involved. That is why I would like to find out something more about this. I will appreciate it. Thanks.

Hi, there. I am not sure if “seizure” is a correct term. Vasculitis is a chronic disorder. Therefore, there are periods when someone has no or very little symptoms. It is known as remission. On the other hand, when symptoms become more serious, we talk about relapses. I think that relapse is a better term. Vasculitis can affect different blood vessels in the body. That is why the symptoms can be quite different. Good luck!
