I had a radical mastoidectomy, tympanoplasty, ossicular chain reconstruction followed by another tympanoplasty and ossicular chain reconstruction 7 months later.  It's been almost a year since the last surgery and recently I've started to get vertigo just as I did before having a cholesteotoma removed and right after the surgeries.  In the past my ENT would only recommend BPPV exercises and no meds except 12.5 meclizine, which has been useless this time.

Money is scarce and insurance has changed...

This startes in the last week with yesterday afternoon and this morning being the toughest so far.  What could have brought the vertigo back?  What type of Dr. should I see?  Can I get an ear infection after all this time?   Does it have anything to do with the implant?  Could it be the change in seasons?  Please help.
