I am on the pill and boyfriend and I had sex 8 days ago, which was only day 9 of my cycle. We started unprotected but ended with a condom, so he did not ejaculate in me. 6 days later I started to discharge some brown/dark red blood (enough for a light tampon) and this has continued for 3 days along with severe backache and minor cramping. When this started I was 10 days away from my period. Also, about a week and half ago I had a bad sinus infection and have also been under alot of stress. Is this "early period" and early PMS due to stress or is something else going on?
