I think an MRI would be in order.
There are so many things that can cause this sinus infection, teeth infection, and mold illness or other allergies . The list goes on and on, but it is good to rule out all deficiencies as well as see a doctor

This is so odd you posted this about seafood, I haven't eaten fish like in twenty years and one day we decided to buy some . We ate it for bought two days and then my heat started to get hot. I have had heavy metals testing before and had no mercury . I have chelation weekly for eleven weeks just to clean out any mold exposure and flush the cell membranes, Maybe it is seafood?

Hi Tac,
I had exactlly what you described here back in 2012, it started with losing my sleep (I couldn't fall asleep and even went to the doctor that gave me sleeping pils that helped me sleep for about 2 hours in the first 2 weeks and then it didn't help at all-I stayed awake even with sleeping pils.
I became deprressed and almost lost my job, just to make long story-short- after making blood tests-my Calcium level was a bit higher than normal...after a visitting an andocrinolog and doing a MIBI scan to my Parathyroid glands-one of them was extended.
My PTH (Parathyroid hormone) however was in the normal level.
I was operated afted the finding and the problematic gland was removed and thanks god I came back to myself -the Calcium level was back to normal imediatelly (few minutes after the gland was removed) and after about 2 weeks I could even sleep...
I sugest you to start with the blood tests and pay attention to the calcium level and PTH.
If today you are ok and this episode is behind you already- I appreciate if you can share what did you find out and what was the remedy.
Wish you health and happiness.
God bless you.
Al
