I have two, slightly inflamed, red, dime-sized itchy spots on my scrotum. What are they?

Hi, I'm 14 years old and I have never had sexual intercourse before but I masterbate almost every night. Recently i have had itchyness at the bottom of my scrotum and when I itched it it hurt a little. I just thought it was the every day itchyness that's normal but the they got quite annoying and irritating so I took a look. It turned out to be two dime-sized itchy red spots that were slightly inflamed. The spots also seem a little dry looking. At first I thought I had herpes but since I've never had sexual intercourse I couldn't have herpes. So, I went online to do research and I couldn't find anything that matched my symptoms. Finally, I found something on this very website that said that this guy got these rashes from "too much masterbation" and as I said, I masterbate almost every night. He didn't know what he had either so if you help me find out what it is I can help him with his problem, too. I havn't gone to a doctor yet, but I'm embarrassed to tell anyone so I'm doing it here to see if I could fix it myself or I should tell my parents and see a doctor. Please, help me and reply ASAP so I can fix this because it really itches and starts to hurt a little more everyday. Thank you.
