Hi I'm 15 and i still haven't hit puberty. I'm short, my penis is a joke, i have no public hair, no sperm and a bright voice.
My questions are simple:
- Is there a risk that my puberty will NEVER come?
- How badly will cigarettes, alcohol and cannabis affect this matter?
(please no propaganda or such!)
- How common, or should i say uncommon is this? (This very-super-lateness)
If there are other people with the same issue please write and i would feel a lot better!

all people develope at different rates I started getting my breasts in 3rd grade and was made fun of for that. but, I had a friend who did not go through puberty until he was 20 so yeah because all people develope at different rates this is not uncommon at all.

Although some may start as young as 11 or 12, some boys start their puberty as late as 15 or 16. It's true!
