Hey everyone, it all started at the end of 2010, I would get a sweaty ass in class maybe once every two months but it wasn't a very big problem at the time. During the start of 2011 I noticed I would get skidmarks (poo stains) in my underwear quite a lot and I didn't have a clue why that was happening l, so I ignored it and went on with my life. Then a few months later, during a time of having late nights, having protein shakes and not eating as healthy as I should have been, I noticed a serious problem occuring.
I was at the movies with some friends and noticed my bum was getting extremely sweaty during the movie and I remember my friends saying "gee man what's that smell", when the movie had finished I had the worst abdominal cramps ever and I went home, had diarrhoea and went to sleep. The next morning I went to a friends house had the sweat again and remember them covering their noses quite a lot.
I went to the Gastroenterologist he said that I had strained my rectum by having chronic constipation, so he gave me laxatives to help take a sh*t. For about 9 months I have had a bowel movement 3 times a day and still no changes. I have tried many natural remedies, probiotics and many other things but nothings changed.
I am a 15 year old boy that gets excessive anal sweat, anal leakage, abdominal cramps, bloating and others. If you know a way to cure it please let me know.

Hey I'm am 16, and I never used to get a sweaty ass but when I got older in high school I started to get bery frequently but lucky for me i dont get the skidmarks but still ithought I would smell bad. This really lowered my confidence and now when ever I go to a public place I get really worried about smelling. I have used baby powder and I have a shower every morning and shower after sports. But this still doesn't seen to do anything. In a few weeks I am going to college and I am really worried. I have told my parents and they say it's normal and it happens to every one. Also I have seen a doctor but he says it's fine aswell but I still feel when I am around people they are saying what's that smell and I think it is me.
If anyone could give me a solution to reduce the sweating a would be very grateful thanks!

43 year old male with a highly professional career and experience the same symptoms...I've reduced my dairy intake and use Prilosec twice a day with favorable results...missed one tablet and symptoms returned. I've further found stress is a significant factor.

I've been having this same problem for the past 2 years. I am a 16 year old male. I am scared to wear cargo shorts or any light-colored pants or shorts. I have been sticking to black and dark blue jeans for the longest time now. A bunch of my friends at my high school always ask why I wear dark clothing all the time, and I feel super embarrassed. Whenever I'm sitting Ina chair during the first 4 or so hours or school, I can feel some liquid forming on my butt and I can feel it soak into my boxers. This makes me very uncomfortable and because of that, my butt begins to sweat. I have to go to the bathroom a lot and wipe all the sweat off my butt and often I see a huge round stain that smells terrible right where my anus would be if I put my boxers on. I don't know what to do!

If you have any allergies or incontinence to specific foods such as wheat or dairy, this is a common symptom. I would recommend looking at exactly what you're eating and if you think something might be upsetting your body's balance in some way, eliminate it for 2 weeks. See if it makes a difference. Unfortunately, many physicians aren't well-versed in detecting or instructing their patients who may have food allergies. This is just something I found through personal experience over the years. I did however find a great alternative doctor. He's a chiropractic acupuncturist. I learned so much from working with this doctor. It was quite empowering.
I also noticed on a few threads that other than eating more fruits and vegetables, guys recommended using a warm saltwater enema. I have not done this, but it makes sense to me and all reported positive results. I would also encourage you to research colonic hydrotherapy.
