Very weird period ?

Hi im here again. I put a post up before but no responded and i would love it if someone would respond to this one. I'm 16 and im currently been sexually active for 2 years. I know its young don't judge please. So i've never had a regular period. Never 28 days. Always been irregular. So my bf and i had sex the 12th of July. And soon after we had sex i started to bleed. I thought it was normal cus i bleed everytime when we have sex but its just very light and usually stops. This time it was not as heavy but not as light. It was lighter than moderate. So the next day im still bleeding and its a mix between red and brown but very light. So this continues for about a good 3-4days. It stops then soon i get my period on the 17th. So it starts off normal little bit of cramps bloated bleeding. The bleeding was moderate but was very long. Like my period last for almost two weeks. My normal periods last for 1 week (7 days 8 days the nost) it took a while but it started showing signs of stopping. Soon after it did. It stopped for a good 4 days to a week. Then i start bleeding again and it goes from brown to red and heavy to light back to back. I'm very scared. My bf and i don't know what it is. When we had sex we used protection. We checked the condom and everything and there were no rips holes or tares. I know im not pregnant and i know i dont have an STD but idk whats going on. Its August 4 and this on and slow bleeding still is on going. Could this be an hormonal imbalance, stress, cycle changing or did my bf cut something pls help. No jugding please im under enough stress. Ladies pls help :) p.s we practice safe sex
