hi i am 18 years old almost 19 and i have never had sex but I do masturbate. Actually if your having bumps and their itchy and if it hurts then you need to tell your mother and have her take you to the doctor. The doctor will look down there and see if you have a std and most likely it would probley be herpes but in order to know for sure you need to go get some test done. Don't worry though there is daily medicine to take to not break out. There is no cure but theirs medicine to not spread it.
