Waiting to have gallstones out but I also have a major heart condition

which heart condition do you have? Have you talked with your GI doctor or surgeon about the pain you're feeling - and how big complication your heart condition will be for the gallstones removal surgery? Have they considered removing your gallbladder, or just gallstones?

If you already have problems with gallstones and liver, it's very hard to find a painkiller that wouldn't burden your liver even more, that's why, if you can, you need to get all the information about the procedure and have it done as soon as possible because even too much pain could raise your blood pressure and cause further heart problems,
