I have been getting a warm sensation in my right testicle recently (last couple of weeks only)
I Cycle a lot and thats the only connection I can see, gonna get me a gel saddle. No other health issues other that
perhaps been masturbating a lot more than usual lately.

if no swelling or discharge or pain should be ok but if it doesnt go away I guess I'll see a doctor.

I have been doing some research on this and have found so many different ideas!! I have warm sensation that last a few seconds in left testicle and a near constant dragging sensation also. I went to doctors who didn't think hernia or variocele. I decided to go visit my physio today to get his advice. He pressed a couple of points on left bum cheek and side of hip and I nearly went through the roof!! He felt quite confident that this groin pain is likely referred pain from a trapped nerve. I found a paragraph that refers to the nerves involved below. Hope this helps some of you as I know this is no fun!!

The leg is supplied by two major nerves. The Femoral nerve supplies innervation to the front of the leg, while the Sciatic nerve innervates the back of the leg. The iliohypogastric and ilioinguinal nerves innervate the groin region and are sometimes the cause of groin pain, but more often hip dysfunction or disc problems are the cause of groin pain

Please everyone, find a new doctor. When I was nineteen, I had a series of symptoms start up. Erectile dysfunction, slight pain in my testes and variccocole (or how ever it is spelled.) Anyway, all the doctors said :You're 19, you have nothing to worry about. A decade later at 30, I barely get erections and can never keep them. I have to have sex four or five times with my girlfriend before I ejaculate. I have many problems, one being absolutely no sex drive. NOw,I have no health insurance and can't afford to figure out what's going on.

Please, find ANOTHER doctor. One that will listen or you may lose what makes you a man. :-(

I am 46 and recently had the exact same thing start. That's how I ended up here. No pain at all, just almost like warm jeans fresh out of the dryer, touching my scrotum. for just a moment and then gone. sometimes its more noticeable than other times. The only change in daily routine is that I a stared using e-cigs, and stated juicing with fruits and vegetables.

I don't know why we are so blind to CHEMICALS, everyone wants to go all these traditional diagnosis and no one ever thinks of what might be in our water, or in the coffee grounds (as part of the processing of the coffee)

I am 61 and this warm feeling in the left testicle began happening last week.  In my case it is intermittent.  I stopped taking Flomax last week, after taking it for more than six months. I thought this is the reason for it, in my case, but perhaps not.  19 and 28 year olds having this same issue makes me think the causation must be elsewhere.  My urologist is as helpful as tits on a bull on this subject.

As another writer mentioned, I did have epidiymitis 4 years ago, perhaps a lingering/dormant minor flare up is the cause.  Good luck in your investigations eyeryone.

I've just started having the exact same thing happen to me - warm sensation on my left testicle that lasts a few seconds and then goes away..  I'm about to turn 44 but in perfect health.  I have just started riding my bike to work 6 miles each way, so I suppose whoever posted pinched nerve could be onto something, although I have absolutely no pain at all.

Is it at all possible that any of you are sexually active with a woman who may have a yeast infection

I am experiencing the same feeling of warmth on the right side of my testicles and I sometimes have pain when I bend. I have been to the clinic a couple of times, done some tests including abdominal scan, they all came back negative. I was placed on antibiotics for about a week pending the time all the tests result would come out, about this period I felt some relief in terms of the pain. I read an article about spermatorrhea and other maladies caused by masturbation and sexual exhaustion. In the article, the author advised a lot of things anyone suffering from any of the maladies of masturbation or sexual exhaustion should do, one of such is to shower the penis and testes with cold water (not warm water) like twice a day, I guess this is targeted at reducing the temperature of the sexual organ. This I do whenever i feel the warmth and I get some relief afterwards. It's only my prayer that my body system goes back to normal especially my reproductive organ after a while. I hope someone finds this helpful. Thank you.

I have this too. But as one said... I think it is a pinched never in the back. Ideally this would be seen as a lumbar spine issue but in my case I had spinal cord compression in the neck which can affect everything down below... had fusion for the one level.... but perhaps another disc in my neck has gone bad.

I do have pain in my lumbar region, but it has always had pain. Had an MRI 5 years ago and it showed the region to be stable... have low grade spondylolisthesis there. No surgeon will do lumbar fusion for warm balls.
