i was doing some research on the health benefits of water and i stumbled up this website:

the first things is it says is that it supress appetite but i feel as if my appetite has increased.

Is this just do to the fact that i would drink like 4 or 5 cokes a day and now have stopped and should i supress the appetite myself or just eat when im hungry?

What are you trying to do? Lose weight? How long have you been on water-diet?

I do water dieting once a month. I drink around 3 liters of water a day and don’t eat or drink anything else. It is said that this is good for bowel cleansing.

Yes, I do get hungry and I get angry and frustrated that day but what can I do? I find it helpful.
