Hello. I'm new here and I'd appreciate any suggestion on how to control my appetite. I'm always hungry no matter what. Sometimes even right after the meals and even I feel full. Basically I feel hungry and I have to eat every 2 hours or so. But the problem is that I'm 220lbs trying to lose weight. With this appetite I'm not sure I'd succeed. I don't have set eating habits and I eat what's available. I generally find myself nibbling on everything in front of me all day, besides eating 3 full meals a day. I tried to eat 5-6 smaller meals, with snacks in between, but I always think of food or my next meal, even if I'm not hungry. What should I do?


Hot tea helps me. And protein! Grilled chicken, some tuna, or boiled eggs.
