Why dont  you let the boys choose if they want to/dont want to be circumcised! Tell them whats bad/good about it, they would choose! What age is that? Also what circumcision would you be having? There are ritual circumcisions where they use brute force (holding you down) as an anesthetic. That hurts like Hell.

 

Then there are modern surgical types that don't hurt at all, well until after the anesthetic wears off. But they normally give you painkillers to minimize that pain which is known to doctors and others who are not experiencing it themselves as "discomfort".

 

I have not been there so I can't tell you any more but some on this forum have called it considerable while others say it didn't hurt at all afterwards.

 

From what I have read, I would say you should select an experienced plastic surgeon for the best results. He/she should be able to advise you of the different styles and the benefits of each.

Better than anything you have on here: Get your penis DRY - very dry. Use a cloth or toilet paper. Get your hand dry too.
