im 14 and for about 2 months ive been having loss in appetite, lower abdominal pain, diarrhea, and some weight loss, also here and there random headaches .and weakness. i cant eat any thing or it hurts me and i dont like it. i just dont know what it could be could someone help me figure this out please? :'(
