Hi, I'm a 16 year old girl, 5"4 and 127 pounds. I want to get down to 110 in time for prom in June, what can I do? I really need to tone up certain parts so I look good in my prom dress.

How active are you?? If you do yoga or lift small weights you can have some great results. Also diet is key! Make sure you aren't eating a bunch of c**p. If you need help losing weight check out my blog!!
