Hey everyone, I've always been abit 'chubby'.
I play sport regulary, and go the gym twice a week. I'm quite well built and physically fit.
I don't often stuff myself with crisps, chips, pizza etc and rarely eat chocate and sweets.
I'm about 5'10 and weight just under 12stone.
I'm not particually fat anywhere on my body apart from my tummy, which is most likely all the beer ;-) haha
Anyway, i go away in 3 weeks and recently i've shed about half a stone, down from about 12'half. but in the last few weeks i haven't lost anymore.
I'd like to get down to about 11, 11 1/2 if possible in the next few weeks, any tips?
My diet consists of mainly pastas, rice, chicken, bread etc. I relise these are weight loss enemies though! I'm a pretty simple eater, and do eat fruit regulary.
Any tips?
