I'm 13 years old and for the past 2 weeks i been having pretty bad headaches. Today i feel very sick, my head hurts and i almost feel like i am going to throw up, i also been having diarrhea. I just moved to a new state so we don't have a personal doctor yet, but i have also been very stressed maybe thats why? I am just hoping that its nothing to bad. I  also thought i should say i am a hypochondriac. Like to know what you think, thanks.
