neuropathy is the condition that destroys your sensory and motor nerves, in this case in your foot, so you lose any sensation and/ or movement range in that foot. Losing sensation in your foot is dangerous because you can't feel small or big injuries to the leg tissue and those injuries can get infected without you even noticing it. So that's why it's important to make sure your legs are well protected and that you regularly check them up for any small incisions or injuries,
