Hi, I am 32 years old female and I am pregnant for several weeks already. I am little bit concerned about my delivery and possibility to tear during the labor. I would like to know if there is some not so complicate way to strengthen my muscles which play important role in delivery.

Hi, I would like to tell you that there is easy way to strengthen pelvic floor muscles. Kegel exercises are just ideal for it. All you need to do is squeeze your pelvic muscles like you want to stop urinating. The best way is to repeat such exercise several times per day.
