I am three pregnant month pregnant. I have stop working and I am in the house all the time. It is rather boring. Everybody say that I have to move more and to have some exercises to help me in delivering baby. But I have heard that can blood supply be cut to the baby because of exercising in pregnancy.

Generally exercises are very good for pregnant woman. They can lift you self esteem; you will feel better and look better. Your body will be more prepared for the delivery and labor. It is true that blood supply can be cut to the baby because of exercising in pregnancy, but only if you are exercising on your back after the fourth month of pregnancy. Try to avoid that and everything will be OK.
