Lets start off with the basics, I am not sexually active, I am a teenager, and I am slighty overweight. I have had these red bumps on my vaginal lips. I don't get them on the labia, or inside of my vagina. It is on the skin right by the labia. It's right on the skin by the pink part, like I guess it rubs against the labia/vulva. I have been getting them for about 4 years or so. It never really concerned me because it would be one every once in a while. Now I always have them, ALWAYS. The bumps do not hurt. They don't have a head on them, and it almost feels like a sac of fluid under the skin whenever squeezed. They are only painful if I attempt to pop them. I have read about herpes and looked at pictures...it just doesn't look like what I have/get. I've read about sabaceous cysts as well. It seems as if that is what I get, but I don't understand why I get them so often. That's why I am not sure if that is what I have. I wasn't wearing underwear for a period of time, and I started again because these bumps have gotten so bad. I figured it might help. I don't know if it could be a hormonal imbalance or me being allergic to something. I shaved my vagina a few days ago, and it was burning after I was done, if that helps. Also I have no irregularities in discharge.

Thanks in advance, I hope someone can put my mind at ease.
