When you say a "bump" are you talking a bump the size of a pimple which could be associated with shaving, or are you talking about a larger issue. We have glands all over our bodies (nodes) this could be just that. Is it sore? Red or inflammed? Hard or squishy? Can you move it around under the skin?
Could be an ingrown hair that many times comes with shaving.

As far as the odor and discharge, that may be a yeast thing. I really suggest that you may want to see your doctor regarding the abnormal periods. Do you take birth control?

the bump seems hard like its a stubborn zit that does not want to pop. it is larger than a normal sit and yes it is red. it only hurts when i try and sqeeze it.

i was thinking i had a yeast infection so i went and i got a female douch set and did that a few times but im not sure.

If i recall, i remember getting a bump in my business area on occasion. Try soaking in some nice hot water, but don't squeeze it. If it doesn't begin to shrink or vanish in a few more days, i would just give a phone call to your doc. I really wouldn't freak about it, just watch it.

Also, please don't douch. Women don't need it. Our bodies have a built in cleaning system that does the job for us. When you douch, you can upset the normal flora that we as females have and you can throw off the natural PH level, thus creating an infection. Many women will take a douch after intercourse or after a period, but we really don't need it at all, unless it is perscribed by your gyno for another reason.

If you think you may have yeast, (i am not a doctor) but have had a similiar experience, try some Monistat. You can get it in the female hygiene section at your local market. Follow the directions, if it is yeast, this will help you. First Response also puts out a test kit that you can also buy at the same store. It is a kit that contains strips that you put in your vagina, (just for a sample) and then compare the findings on the stick to the information on the box. If you have any kind of infection, the test strip will turn the color of the sample infection information in the package. Then you go from there and decide if you should see your doctor.

You didn't mention if you were sexually active. The reason i ask is if you use latex condoms, this could cause you some problems if you are allergic to them.

I am not suggesting that you do this stuff to avoid a trip to your doctor, i am just saying to try this for a little piece of mind until you see him/her. If anyone ever thinks that they have "stuff" going on that could be serious, please see your Doctor.
