Hello. I have a weight problem and I want to start running. I need to loose 5 kilograms, which is not too much, I know, but the weight has been bothering me for ages, and I can not stand it any more.So, I wanna do some hardcore running, in order to get in a much better shape than I am curreentlu in , plus a strict diet. What do you tjhink aboput hardcore running?

I don’t think hardcore running is a good solution to your weight problem,and I do not think exhausting your organism will be helpful in any way. If you are considering running, you should try to run actilvly 10 minutes per day, for at least a month. This will get your body in a little better condition, and your lungs will get used to special kind of breathing. After first month, you can slowly adjust your time, and run for example – 15 minutes. It is the technique I used to get myself into running, and my body slowly adapted to it. As for the diet, it is the best to be careful and control the intake of food and drinks.
