Yesterday I noticed some light brown discharge in my underwear. Then today i noticed light brown discharge but except today it had slimy clear stuff with it. The same thing happened last month 2 weeks after my period went off. My period came on two weeks ago. I'm really scared at what this might be. I haven't been sexually active in about 9 months and since then I haven't noticed anything unusual about myself. I do know that i used protection. Everynow and then I do masturbate. Could this be because of me maturbating or is this an infection?

If the brown discharge was accompanied by slimy mucous,then you were probably ovulating. The timing is right - woman normally ovulate two weeks before the start of their next period. As for the brown discharge, it is probably just a bit of old blood left over from you last period being cleared out. It is normal, nothing to do with masterbation
