I am a 35 y/o, 5'6" women that weighed 135 when I had my kids. (7-10_ years ago) I now weigh 150. I can put my hand around my wrist and touch my middle finger and my thumb without overlapping. I am active but feel like I have my extra weigh in my thighs and stomach.
