Hi, im 9stone 6lbs and im 15years old about 5'7- going on 16 in September, i am rather unfit due to smoking but i currently stopping- i need to get myself back in shape obviously but is 9STONE 6LBS overweight for my age and height? Would really appreciate a reply %-)

132 pounds is a very healthy weight for 5'7", you would be at a too low of body mass index losing anymore weight. You just need maintenance exercising is all to keep toned, fit and no weight gain.
Swimming 2 times a week for 30 minutes, along with walking briskly anywhere from 30 - 60 minutes 5 - 7 times a week and some cardio 2 times a week at 20 - 30 minutes would do you nicely.

It isn't fat, maybe a little overweight..but you can fix it.
Just eat salads and small meals so you are not full at the end, then eat a bit of fruit for a snack.
Don't throw up, that is not good for you.
Walk once a night and do a small run twice a week.
You should then be in shape.
