Hi... i am just a 12 year old trying to loose wight...i weigh  138 lbs. nd its hard...becuzz theres a lot of ppl i want to hangout wit... but they ignore mii cuzz they think im too fat...im lost...i try exercising for 1 hour per day nd i see no results...plus... this whole weight thing makes mee look pregnant..nd everyone teases meh....so..plz help :'(

People Are Vicious Now-a-days. Especially Kids. Let Me Start By Saying, If They Don't Want Nothing To Do With You Now Because You Look Different, Then They're Not Worth Changing Yourself For. With "Friends" Like That, You Wouldn't Need Enemies. Secondly, Being Overweight Is Bad For Your Health. [No Lectures, Promise!] So If You Need/Want To Lose Weight, Do It For Yourself. <-- Number One Rule. Because If You Do It For Someone Else, or Something Else, Some How It Puts More Pressure On You To Lose Weight Faster, And In An Unsafe Way --> Which Is Definitely A No-No. With The Whole Exercising Thing, How Long Have You Been Doing It? Days? Weeks? Months? Things Like This Require Time. You Wont See Results Over Night. Plus, With Exercising, You'd Need To Burn More Calories Then You Consume. So Maybe A Little Diet Is In Order? And Nothing Dramatic. Just Like No Fast Food, Snack Cakes, Candy, Soda. <-- Basically All The Delicious Things Need To Be Cut From Your Lifestyle Until You're Able To Maintain A Safe Balance. Good Luck, And Please Don't Ever Let Anyone Make You Feel Bad Because You've Got Meat On Your Bones. It's Okay To Be Curvy And Thick, But If The Weight Is Affecting Your Health, Then It's Time To Make Changes, You're 12, And Have A WHOLE Life Ahead Of You. (: [I'm Just Sad To See A Self Conscious Person At Such An Early Age]
