i need help fast. Im a 11 year old about to be 12 girl that weighs about already200 lb. please help me . anything ill be good with i just want to be normal like everybody else but i cant knowing that im fat :( please help me. my parents are not even encouraging me to go to the gym they think im going to be on the diet for 1 week . i wanna prove them wrong! please help

I'm not an expert but i can give you tips from what i used to research before. From what i heard or read, they said in order to lose weight, you need to cut down your daily 3 portion meals to 6 smaller meals. Aside from that, do some exercise, like walking, climbing up the stairs and etc. Determination is the keyword here to lose weight.

At your age you don't have to do anything drastic like we adults do :-)
Here's what to do...
Stop eating fast food and regular soda.
Try to get as much regular sugar out of your diet as possible (candy, cookies, cake, cereal, pop tarts..., stuff like that). These are all bad (simple) carbs. If your parents are overweight, you may have a problem with carbs so avoid the simple ones.
No gravies, very little bread (preferably no white bread). That leaves meats, fruits, and vegetables.
Don't think you have to eat this way ALL the time, just try to do it most of the time.
