I'm 15 very soon (less than 6 months) and i've been in puberty since 11. I have pubes but haven't reached the edges of my groin yet, a little armpit hair, few hairs above lip and hairy legs. My testicles are the size of grapes and i can ejaculate. My voice has broken and i've had my growth spurt. My penis hasn't grown since i was about 12. It's 3" erect  and 4.9" girth. What is average for my age and have i finished?
