I was having a shower today and found out some solid stuffs beneath my penis skin, i hadn't noticed it earlier because it was deep beneath it. It looks like sperm that has dried out and it won't come off when i use water to spray on it and using my finger to get rid of it. It hurts now so i stopped doing it. Last time i usually wake up with sperm ejaculated from a dream i had, so i'm guessing its sperm dried out and its solid now. What can i do and will there be any consequences towards my penis?

Now then, I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure having it there wouldn't be that good, and could probably cause friction in masturbation or sex. What I recommend is just getting some lotion that WON'T STING (so moisturiser, for example) and just actually attempting to rub it off in a shower, as you have been doing. Use a soft facecloth and some moisturiser and then just scrub lightly underneath your foreskin, and that should make it go away. Or try just soaking it in water for a bit to help loosen the stuff, like a bath.
