No, it's not a problem. This is individual variation of the female genitalia.
We don't often take a close up look at them, and certainly, unless watching pornography, they aren't shown in public very often.
However, many women have such labia that are large, pronounced, or portruding. SOME women prefer cosmetic surgury to reduce their appearance... but almost all reputable counselors advice against this as it reduces sexual sensation and is an artificial judgement of what's right or wrong... instead of accepting your body's appearance as natural and healthy.
A lot of surgeons are getting rich of this type of surgery in L.A., and for no good reason than it's a fad.
Your best source of qualified information on this is your personal doctor. Next time you go in for a GYN exam, specifically point out your area of concern and ASK the doctor if it represents a problem. I am certain the answer will be no. And believe me, they've seen a lot of women from that point of view, and so would know the truth.
