yeah its all good i know how you feel. he just rushed (probably assuming it wasnt your first time). he most likely ripped your hymen thats why you're bleeding a bit but id take that as a good thing if i were you cause now the following times wont hurt as much and maybe not at all and your first time having sex will be much less painful trust me! the soreness goes away in a couple of days. theres nothing to worry about just have better communication with your partner next time :)
